These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by 7Star Businessmen Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

7Star Businessmen Services offers professional representation (PRO) services including:

• Business setup and licensing (DED services)
• Immigration and visa processing (ICP services)
• Labour and employment services (MOHRE, Tasheel)
• Emirates ID and medical fitness coordination
• Document preparation, typing, and submission
• Government liaison and follow-up services

2. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Submit all required documents within agreed timeframes
• Pay all fees (service and government) as specified
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Comply with all UAE laws and regulations
• Inform us immediately of any changes affecting your application

3. Fees and Payment

Service Fees

• Service fees are quoted based on the scope of work
• Fees must be paid before service commencement or as agreed
• Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, or as mutually agreed
• Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced

Government Fees

• Government fees are separate from our service fees
• Government fees are subject to change without notice
• Government fees are non-refundable regardless of application outcome
• Clients are responsible for all government fees

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

• Before work commences: Full refund of service fees (government fees non-refundable)
• After work commences: No refund of service fees; government fees non-refundable
• Partial completion: Fees charged proportionally to work completed

Application Rejection

• Service fees are non-refundable if application is rejected by government authorities
• We will assist with resubmission if rejection was due to correctable issues
• Additional fees may apply for resubmission services

5. Service Timeline

Processing times are estimates and depend on:

• Government processing capacity and schedules
• Completeness and accuracy of submitted documents
• Complexity of the application
• Public holidays and government operational changes

We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

7Star Businessmen Services shall not be liable for:

• Rejection or denial of applications by government authorities
• Changes in government policies, fees, or requirements
• Delays in government processing
• Errors in information provided by clients
• Third-party service provider failures
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. We will not disclose your information except:

• To government authorities as required for service delivery
• To authorized third-party service providers (with your consent)
• When required by law or legal process

8. Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, and materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use these materials solely for the intended purpose.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• Step 1: Contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably
• Step 2: If unresolved, disputes will be settled through mediation
• Step 3: As a last resort, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ajman courts, UAE

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Government shutdowns or operational changes
• Natural disasters or pandemics
• War, civil unrest, or terrorism
• Changes in laws or regulations
• Technical failures or system outages

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 7Star Businessmen Services regarding our services.
